Futurity Consulting, LLC. is a boutique consulting firm whose mission is to provide our clients with the knowledge required to fulfill their personal and professional development needs. We accomplish this by utilizing the over twenty years of experience in a Fortune 100 corporate environment in the areas of leadership of project teams, product management, operations management, market research, and customer service to identify for our clients the knowledge required for them to reach their personal and professional development goals.
Firm's Principal
Cutee C. Giles has over two decades of professional experience with Sprint Nextel, a Fortune 100 corporation. During that time he has led organizations, managed teams, mentored personnel, spearheaded diversity efforts, and played a role in the management of Internet and wireless product lines which generated yearly revenues of over a half billion dollars. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland and his MBA from Virginia Tech. He has also earned the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Janis T. Gray
Janis is a Senior Business Analyst with over fifteen years of experience in financial services and telecommunications. She has held various positions at Sprint Nextel, Sallie Mae, and Fannie Mae in the areas of product development and management, project management, and technical writing. Janis earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from Emerson College, and her MBA from Georgetown University.
Lance Krelovich
Lance is a telecommunications Executive with over sixteen years of experience. He has held positions with Sprint Nextel, MCI (which subsequently merged with Verizon), and Newbridge Networks (which subsequently merged with Alcatel-Lucent). His positions of responsibility have been in the areas of customer care and operations, product marketing, product development, and program management. Lance earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and he has earned certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
Kenneth Shumpert
Ken is an entrepreneur who has over nineteen years of experience in logistics, personnel management, and customer service. He has held positions with the United States Marine Corps, Federal Express, and he is presently leading an entrepreneurial venture. Ken earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Kaplan University.
Eric Smith
Eric is a Consultant with over twenty-two years of experience in financial services and telecommunications. He has held positions with MCI (which subsequently merged with Verizon), Sprint Nextel, Verizon, and Freddie Mac. His positions of responsibility have been in the areas of product development and management, vendor management, program management, and software development. Eric earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from the Devry Institute of Technology and his Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland.
